Budget & Cost Transparency

We understand that investigations must be financially practical. We work to keep costs reasonable and will operate within the budget parameters you set. If we determine that additional resources are needed to achieve the result you require, we will inform you and you decide whether to proceed — no surprises, no hidden escalations.

Be cautious of investigators in Costa Rica offering flat daily rates of $200 — this is a common tactic used to secure a retainer, after which additional money is requested as the investigation progresses. Some will withhold evidence until further payment is received. Legitimate investigators charge transparently and use bank transfers or credit cards — never Western Union or third-party money transfer services.
